Aeroplan is among the most easily accessible points programs in Canada, due to the wide range of bonuses and promotions offered throughout the year.
In addition to credit card welcome bonuses and transferring points from bank and hotel partners, the Aeroplan eStore is one of many methods available to earn Aeroplan points, especially during one of the frequent eStore bonus events.
Currently, Aeroplan is offering 5x points on all retailers until April 25, 2025.

For 5 Days Only: Earn 5x Points on All Retailers
From April 21 to 25, 2025, Aeroplan is offering 5x points on all 250+ eStore retailers, including popular brands like Apple, Best Buy, lululemon, Sephora, and many more.
This is a rare, sitewide event where every retailer qualifies for a multiplier, perfect timing if you’ve been eyeing new gadgets, spring wardrobe refreshes, or stocking up on essentials.
Just make sure to check each store’s terms and exclusions before checkout, as some products may not qualify.
For instance, here are the key restrictions for the Apple Store:
Please note the following items are not eligible for the accumulation of Aeroplan points: Apple Vision Pro, all Apple Vision Pro accessories, Apple Pro Display XDR, gift cards, gift wrap, Apple Developer Programs, AppleCare+ monthly subscription, Employee Purchase Programs and shipping. Orders purchased on the Government or Military and Veteran’s Stores are not eligible for additional Aeroplan points. Apple sells and ships products to end user customers only; you may not purchase for resale.
This promotion is an easy way to earn a big chunk of Aeroplan points from the comfort of your home. Whether you’re shopping for yourself or picking up gifts, this is one of the best times to get more value from your purchases.
Other Ways to Earn Points at the Aeroplan eStore
While the above promotional earning rates can be a great deal, there are a couple of other ways that can help you boost your balance.
If you have Aeroplan Elite Status, you’ll earn an extra 2 Aeroplan points per dollar spent on all eligible eStore purchases as part of your elite benefits. This means that you can earn a total of 7 Aeroplan points per dollar spent on purchases via this promotion.
And of course, by paying for your purchase using your Aeroplan co-branded credit card, you’ll earn even more points as a result.
For example, if you pay with the TD® Aeroplan® Visa Infinite Privilege* Card, you’ll earn:
- 5x points as a promotional base rate
- 2x points from Elite Status bonus
- 1.25x points from the base earning rate with a premium co-branded credit card
Total: 8.25 points per dollar spent on eligible purchases.

Keep in mind that some of the points earned through the Aeroplan eStore also count towards Everyday Status Qualification.
As part of the Everyday Status Qualification feature, members need to earn 100,000 Aeroplan points via eligible sources within the calendar year to qualify for the entry-level Aeroplan 25K status. With any bonus multipliers, you’ll be much closer to reaching that threshold than if you were just earning the base rate.
(Note that the extra 2x Aeroplan points on eStore purchases for existing Aeroplan Elite Status members doesn’t count towards Everyday Status Qualification.)
Lastly, it’s worth noting that the eStore hasn’t historically been 100% reliable in terms of tracking and crediting every purchase. Therefore, it’s definitely a good idea to keep a record of the points you expect to receive and the date of your eStore purchase, in case you need to follow up on any missing points.

Conclusion
For Aeroplan members, the Aeroplan eStore is a great way to earn points quickly via your regular spending without having to fly. With over 250+ retail partners, there’s likely something of value for everyone.
Additionally, eStore promotions can be leveraged to achieve Everyday Status Qualification, giving members additional perks when redeeming Aeroplan points and flying with Air Canada.
Be sure to take advantage of the current eStore promotion to earn 5x points until April 25, 2025.
I went today to try and get these points as Apple just released a new MacBook Air and I’m getting one, but Apple is no longer showing up as a retailer in the system. Has anybody heard about them being removed?
Be sure to document everything about your purchase, and take lots of screenshots. The aeroplan estore regularly doesn’t give you the promised miles and you have to complain to get them.
Accepting cookies, turning off ad blockers and adding items to your cart after you’ve signed in to the eStore will greatly improve chances of accruing points
I’ve gone out of my way to get these bonuses in the past, and they don’t seem to register. I presume a technical matter at my end, but I have no idea what.
Does it work if you buy it from the Amazon app? I clicked on the Aeroplan estore button and it redirected me to the app but I’m not sure if it will actually work. Please let me know if you know! Thanks!
