Flying Blue Promo Rewards for November

The Air France KLM Flying Blue loyalty program is well-known for its monthly rotating series of Promo Rewards, which offer 25% discounts on short-haul and long-haul redemptions on Air France and KLM flights.

The November 2026 Promo Rewards are now live, and two Canadian cities are open to everyone. Toronto (YYZ) and Vancouver (YVR) are discounted in economy at 18,750 miles each way, 25% below the usual 25,000.

Flying Blue Extra subscribers also get Ottawa (YOW) in economy at the same price and Montreal (YUL) in premium economy at 30,000 miles. That’s a step back from October, when Montreal, Ottawa, Calgary, and Toronto were all open to everyone in economy.

With travel valid through April 30, 2027, there’s room for a winter getaway, a March break trip, or an early spring visit to Europe.

The Promo Rewards beyond Europe are back too, and this time a few start in Canada, such as Montreal (YUL) to Mauritius (MRU) in economy for 30,000 miles.

Flying Blue Extra subscribers get even more options with access to exclusive Promo Rewards, clearly marked with an "Extra Exclusive" label. These "Extra Exclusive" routes are only bookable if you're a Flying Blue Extra subscriber.

This month’s list includes eight Air France Promo Rewards that start in North America and end in Asia, Africa, or the Indian Ocean, connecting in Paris along the way.

Three of them start in Canada. Montreal (YUL) to Mauritius (MRU) or to Saint-Denis on Réunion (RUN) costs 30,000 miles in economy, and Toronto (YYZ) to Nairobi (NBO) costs 48,750 miles in premium economy.

Montreal to Mauritius stands out. It’s 30,000 miles one way in economy, 25% below the usual 40,000, and only 7,500 miles more than this month’s Europe to Mauritius Promo Reward, with the flight across the Atlantic included. It’s open to all members, not just Flying Blue Extra subscribers.

Keep in mind that it’s a Light fare, so a checked bag isn’t included in economy, and taxes and carrier surcharges are paid on top.

Pricing & Booking Window

Air France KLM Flying Blue uses harmonized standard award pricing. For long-haul flights between North America and Europe, the minimum price you'll pay is the same whether you fly from Boston (BOS) or Vancouver:

• Economy: starting at 25,000 miles (18,750 miles with a 25% Promo Reward)
• Premium economy: starting at 40,000 miles (30,000 miles with a 25% Promo Reward)
• Business class: starting at 60,000 miles (45,000 miles with a 25% Promo Reward)

Short- and medium-haul flights from Paris or Amsterdam are priced lower:

• Economy: starting at 6,000 miles with a Promo Reward
• Business class: starting at 15,000 miles with a Promo Reward

Promo Reward tickets are available for one-way and round-trip flights, allowing for flexibility in your travel plans. Promo Reward discounts are only applicable on the lowest standard award pricing when available, and not on dynamically priced flight segments.

Keep in mind that Flying Blue Promo Rewards come with a booking deadline. You must book the November 2026 Promo Rewards by November 30, 2026; however, the travel window extends all the way through April 30, 2027, which covers the winter holidays, March break, and Easter.

Promo Rewards and the New Light Fares

Since September 8, 2026, Flying Blue award tickets on Air France and KLM flights have been split into Light, Standard, and Flex fares, and Flying Blue’s Promo Rewards page now confirms that the Promo price is the price of the Light fare.

Light fares don't include changes or refunds, advance seat selection, or a checked bag in economy and premium economy, and Business Light fares don't include lounge access. Elite members fare better, as Platinum and Ultimate members can change and refund Light fares free of charge, and Flying Blue Gold keeps most of its benefits on a Light fare.

Standard and Flex fares include more, but they cost more miles than the Promo price. That makes a Promo Reward the least flexible ticket in the lineup, so it's worth being confident in your dates before you book.

How to Earn Flying Blue Miles

You can earn Air France KLM Flying Blue miles by booking flight tickets on Air France, KLM, and its SkyTeam partners.

Additionally, in Canada, you can transfer American Express Membership Rewards points at a 1:1 ratio, which can be earned via the entire suite of American Express Membership Rewards credit cards.

There's also the Air France KLM World Elite Mastercard^® by Brim Financial, which unfortunately doesn't offer a welcome bonus in the form of miles at the moment.
