Membership Rewards points can access airlines in all three major alliances. Through Aeroplan, you reach Star Alliance members like All Nippon Airways, Lufthansa, Singapore Airlines, Turkish Airlines, and United Airlines, plus external partners like Etihad Airways and Virgin Australia.

Air France KLM Flying Blue provides access to SkyTeam members like Delta Air Lines and China Airlines, as well as partners such as Etihad Airways and WestJet.

You can redeem MR points directly for flights through the Amex Fixed Points Travel reward chart, though these are limited to round-trip flights departing from Canada. You can also redeem MR points against travel purchases at 1 cent per point, though this typically offers less value than booking through airline transfer partners or the Fixed Points Travel chart.
