If you choose to convert your companion voucher, the WestJet points will expire on the same date as your companion voucher would have. For example, if your voucher was set to expire on December 1, 2023, your converted WestJet points will also expire on that date.

Therefore, make sure you’re able to use them before they’re set to expire. You can combine them with your existing balance of WestJet points available in your account.

You must register to make the exchange, using the link provided in the email. Registration takes place from November 8–22, 2023, and then you’ll need to make your booking prior to the expiry date of the converted WestJet points.

The converted WestJet points will appear in your account within seven days of making the request.

There aren’t any restrictions on travel periods, and all WestJet Vacations packages are eligible for booking with the converted WestJet points.
