ALL Accor+ Explorer Offers a Dining Voucher on New Memberships

ALL Accor+ Explorer has opened its latest signup promotion, with a complimentary dining voucher for eligible members who purchase and activate a membership between August 17 and September 7, 2026.
The offer is open to new members and returning members whose membership expired before the promotion began. The voucher is worth roughly $30–50 CAD depending on the market and can be combined with Explorer dining and drinks discounts at participating Accor hotel restaurants and bars.
For most Canadians, the promotion won’t change the math. The worldwide signup channel most Canadians would use isn’t among the participating markets, and each voucher can only be redeemed in the country where the membership was purchased.
How the Dining Voucher Offer Works
ALL Accor+ Explorer is keeping the setup fairly simple. New members, along with returning members whose membership expired before the promotion began, must purchase and activate a membership between August 17 and September 7, 2026, before 11:59pm AEST.
Members must be at least 18 years old. The dining voucher previously appeared as a referral perk, but this version is open to all eligible signups without a referral.
The amount depends on the country where the membership is purchased.
| Market | Voucher value |
|---|---|
| Australia | AUD 50 |
| Hong Kong | HKD 250 |
| India | INR 2,500 |
| Indonesia | IDR 500,000 |
| Japan | JPY 5,500 |
| Malaysia | MYR 130 |
| New Zealand | NZD 50 |
| Philippines | PHP 1,800 |
| Singapore | SGD 40 |
| Thailand | THB 1,000 |
| United Arab Emirates | USD 35 |
| Vietnam | VND 850,000 |
Vouchers in the United Arab Emirates are issued in US dollars and converted when redeemed. Across the 12 markets, the amounts work out to roughly $30–50 CAD.
Once the purchase, payment confirmation, and activation are complete, the voucher should be credited automatically within two days. You’ll find it on all.com or in the ALL app under the Account tab, inside the ALL Accor+ Awards vouchers section.
The voucher comes with a few firm boundaries.
- It is valid for 91 days from the issue date, with no extension, replacement, or reissue after expiry
- It can only be used in the country where the membership was purchased, at participating Accor hotel restaurants and bars, subject to each outlet’s availability, hours, and minimum spend
- Only one voucher can be used per transaction, and it must be redeemed in full
- It can be combined with Explorer dining and drinks discounts, but not with other promotions or vouchers
- You must tell the restaurant that you’re using the voucher before asking for the bill
- It is non-transferable and non-refundable, with no cash value
Cancelling the membership also cancels the voucher. If you’ve already redeemed it, the voucher value will be deducted from any membership refund.
Memberships purchased through corporate partnerships, employee programs, friends-and-family rates, giveaways, or other unofficial channels don’t qualify.
What Is ALL Accor+ Explorer?
ALL Accor+ Explorer is a paid membership program that offers exclusive benefits at Accor hotels and resorts. It primarily focuses on the Asia-Pacific region, though some benefits extend globally.
The annual membership costs USD 249, which is approximately $340 CAD. You can also redeem 14,000 ALL Reward points to cover the annual fee. Accor unified its pricing worldwide last year, so the fee is now the same across markets, give or take small currency differences.
The program is a powerful tool for frequent travellers, providing savings on stays and dining, while also automatically granting elite status. It is distinct from the free Accor Live Limitless loyalty program; this paid membership unlocks an elevated level of perks.

The headline feature of ALL Accor+ Explorer is Stay Plus, which gives you two “free night” certificates per year at participating Accor hotels across Asia Pacific.
In practice, these work like buy one get one free stays, and can easily cover a large part of the annual fee if used at a higher priced city or resort property.

Another highlight is access to Red Hot Rooms, a rotating set of member only hotel deals where selected properties in the region are discounted by up to 50% off the flexible rate.
When your dates and cities happen to line up with one of these offers, the savings can be substantial.

Beyond those two pillars, Explorer also usually includes:
- Around 30 status nights credited to your ALL account at the start of each membership year, which is enough for at least ALL Gold status on its own
- Discounted hotel stays at participating properties
- Dining and drinks discounts at hotel restaurants and bars across Asia Pacific
From there, the value you get will depend on how frequently you stay with Accor and how willing you are to route trips through Accor properties when prices are competitive.
Is ALL Accor+ Explorer Worth It?
Whether ALL Accor+ Explorer is worth the fee really comes down to how often, and how deliberately, you stay with Accor.
If you have one or two trips per year to destinations like Bangkok, Danang, Singapore, Sydney, Tokyo, or Bali, and you are willing to plan at least a couple of nights at Accor properties, then you have a good chance of making the math work in your favour.

Redeeming Stay Plus nights at higher-value properties, landing the occasional Red Hot Rooms deal, and taking advantage of dining discounts can easily outweigh the annual fee over the course of a year.
If, on the other hand, you only stay with Accor once in a while, or you strongly prefer to jump between hotel brands, the subscription becomes harder to justify. A dining voucher worth roughly $30–50 CAD won’t rescue the value proposition on its own, especially when it is tied to restaurant and bar spending in one country and expires after 91 days.
The previous June offer was stronger. Its 2,000 bonus ALL Reward points were worth about €40 and could be used towards any future Accor hotel bill, while this voucher is less flexible.
For Canadians weighing Explorer from home, the worldwide signup channel isn’t on the participating list. Since the membership must be purchased in one of the 12 eligible markets and the voucher can only be redeemed there, this promotion won’t change the math for most Canadian travellers.
The offer fits better if you were going to join anyway and expect to spend real time in one of the participating countries. If you would already dine at Accor restaurants there, combining the voucher with Explorer’s dining and drinks discounts gives you a small extra saving without changing your plans.

ALL Accor+ and Frequent Flyer Partnership
ALL lets you connect one frequent flyer programme to your account at a time, and you can switch the link whenever you like. For Canadians, the two picks worth weighing are Flying Blue and Qatar Airways Privilege Club.
Flying Blue
If you’re also a Flying Blue miles collector, the partnership between ALL – Accor Live Limitless and Flying Blue is worth a closer look.
Together, they run a joint initiative called Miles+Points, which lets you earn both currencies from the same flights and hotel stays once your accounts are linked.
The structure is simple. When you fly on eligible Air France or KLM tickets, you earn your usual Flying Blue miles, and on top of that you earn ALL Reward points at a rate of 1 Reward point for every 2 euros spent on the flight.
When you stay at a participating Accor hotel, you earn your usual ALL Reward points, and on top of that you earn 1 Flying Blue mile for every 1 euro spent at the hotel. You are not moving points from one side to the other; you are growing both balances from the same activity.
There is also a welcome gift for joining Miles+Points. After you link your accounts and then complete your first eligible activity, you can receive up to 10 Flying Blue XP and 2 ALL status nights.

In practice, this is structured as an initial boost split between your first qualifying Accor stay and your first qualifying Air France or KLM flight. It will not carry you alone to a new status tier, but it does help move both accounts in the right direction with very little extra effort.
If you decide later that you would like to consolidate your balances, you can also convert between the two programs. Accor allows you to convert 2,000 Reward points into 2,000 Flying Blue miles, while Flying Blue allows you to convert 4,000 miles into 1,000 Reward points.
The rates are not designed for constant back-and-forth transfers, but they can be useful in specific situations where you are just short of a redemption on one side.
The key point is that for an ALL Accor+ Explorer member who also flies with Air France or KLM occasionally, linking accounts is an easy way to improve the overall return on both hotel stays and flights without changing much about how you travel.
Qatar Airways Privilege Club
For a lot of Canadians, Qatar Airways Privilege Club is the more useful pick. Once your accounts are linked, every qualifying Accor stay earns up to 1 Avios per €1 spent on top of your usual ALL Reward points, while Qatar Airways flights earn 1 ALL Reward point per USD 2 spent in the other direction.
The Avios only start flowing once you have completed one international activity, such as a stay outside your home country or any Qatar Airways flight. After that, every paid Accor stay quietly tops up your Avios balance.
This matters more at home than it might look. ALL has no Canadian credit card transfer partner, so paid stays and subscriptions like Explorer are the only ways to build ALL Reward points from Canada. Avios are the opposite – Canadian Amex Membership Rewards transfer to British Airways Club at 1:1, and Combine My Avios moves them into Qatar Airways Privilege Club instantly.
So if you care more about Qatar Airways Qsuites than your next Accor stay, link Qatar Airways instead of Flying Blue and let your Explorer stays feed your Avios. I linked my own ALL account to Qatar Airways Privilege Club earlier this year, and we broke down the mechanics at the time – the underlying earning structure is still in place.
Conclusion
ALL Accor+ Explorer still makes the most sense for travellers who can get real value from the two Stay Plus nights, member rates, dining discounts, and automatic elite status over the course of a year.
If Explorer already fits your travel patterns and you expect to spend time in one of the 12 participating countries, the dining voucher is a small bonus for joining between August 17 and September 7, 2026. The ability to combine it with Explorer dining and drinks discounts helps, provided you can use the full voucher before it expires.
For most Canadians considering the membership from home, the offer changes very little. The voucher is locked to the country where the membership was purchased, while the previous 2,000-point offer was more flexible and could be used towards any future Accor hotel bill.
If you were already going to join, there’s no reason to turn down the extra dining credit. If you were on the fence, this isn’t the offer that should tip you, and richer signup bonuses have come around before.
