Video: Flying During the Pandemic

The video review from my recent flight with Air Canada Jetz, my first in almost three months’ time. What was the flying experience like during the era of COVID-19?

This week, I stepped onboard a plane for the first time in almost three months for my first flight during the pandemic.

With no one chartering their fleet of three all-business-class Jetz Airbus A319s at this time, Air Canada has made these flights available for passengers to book on the Toronto–Montreal and Toronto–Ottawa routes during the month of June.

So when Jessy and I needed to travel back to Montreal, we decided to try out this rare opportunity to fly in a great deal of comfort and exclusivity on this one-hour journey.

Along the way, it was illuminating to see how the travel experience has been radically transformed thanks to COVID-19, with a heavier emphasis on hygiene, cleanliness, and minimal crew interaction above all else.
