Video: When Can We Travel Again? June 2021

After 16 long months, the wait is finally over. Canada has announced that it will lift travel restrictions for fully vaccinated inbound travellers as of July 5, 2021.

In our June 2021 update on “When Can We Travel Again?”, we’ll begin by taking a close look at the lifting of quarantine restrictions for fully vaccinated travellers and how the new rules work. We’ll talk about the logistics of uploading your vaccine documentation and some of the associated challenges of international travel that will remain.

We’ll also cover all the latest developments on the so-called “vaccine passports” for international travel, including major developments over in Europe and my predictions for what our own vaccine passports in North America might look like.

    Hi Ricky,
Is there credit card travel insurance (preferrably free) for Canadians that covers covid cases while out of Canada?
So far HSBC and TD confirmed their insurance is NOT going to cover Covid, as they stay that no insurance will be given for locations where the Government of Canada recommends to refrain from going on non-essential travel.
This could be a major thing if you end up in a hospital overseas with Covid – without insurance coverage..
