One of my goals for 2019 is to take the Prince of Travel YouTube channel to the next level. I’ve done a few flight reviews and some travel vlogs so far, but I’d like to really ramp up my video content, and in particular bring my Miles & Points expertise to this platform as well.
Today’s new video, An Introduction to Miles & Points, is intended to serve as a launchpad for anyone who’s interested in getting started with travelling on points.
Moreover, this video is the first in an eight-part series on the basics of Miles & Points. The idea of this series is that when it’s complete, anyone can gain a high-level understanding of how to travel the world on points as a Canadian, simply by watching these videos.
The tentative outline for this video series is as follows. I’ve filmed the first four episodes so far, so I hope to release one episode per week over the upcoming few weeks.
The Aeroplan Mini-RTW
Getting US Credit Cards for Canadians
What Is Manufactured Spending?
First Class flight videos and travel vlogs are certainly lots of fun to make (and my upcoming Singapore Suites and United Island Hopper ones should be really awesome), but in the long run I want to be putting out regular video content related to earning and redeeming points as well. In this regard, someone like Ask Sebby from the United States is something of an inspiration for me – I’d be delighted if I manage to make videos as regularly as he does.
Anyway, without further ado, you can go ahead and watch the first episode of the series below.
If you liked the video and would be interested in watching future videos, make sure to give it a “Like”, leave a comment, and subscribe to the channel.
And if you there’s anyone whom you’d like to help started with Miles & Points, send them the video to help them understand what it’s all about!
