When I started Prince of Travel in 2017, the website was well and truly a solo effort. It was a place for me to share my experiences around the world and in the pursuit of Miles & Points, and that’s where everything began.
Since then, the business has grown – we now employ a staff of over 20 team members and are only continuing to grow.
As you may recall, we launched an in-house travel agency just under a year ago, offering our clients luxury hotel bookings, and later, luxury train bookings as well.
We’ve enjoyed tremendous success with our agency since then, and we’re now ready to rejig our brands to better align our content with our target audiences.
What’s the Difference Between Prince of Travel and Prince Collection?
Here at Prince of Travel, we’ll continue to keep you up-to-date with how to elevate your travels using the power of Miles & Points, credit cards, loyalty programs, and elite status.
Prince of Travel remains your home for smarter travel, helping you learn to play the game and come out on top.

At the outset, Prince Collection will become the new home for our in-house travel agency. We’ll continue to offer our clients exclusive access to preferred partner programs for luxury hotel bookings, as well as our luxury train service.
Over time, Prince Collection will also host its own content platform, where you can expect to find a curated release of news, deals, guides, insights, and of course, extensive reviews of some of the world’s finest travel experiences – all with a focus on top-tier luxury.

As a reminder, the Prince Collection hotel booking service offers you exclusive access to preferred partner programs from all major independent and chain hotels.
Preferred partner programs are exclusively available to select travel advisors, and can’t be booked with just any travel agency.
By booking a hotel with Prince Collection, you’ll enjoy exclusive benefits when staying at luxury properties that you won’t get if you book directly, such as:
- Daily breakfast for two people
- $100 (USD) hotel credit
- Welcome amenity
- One-category room upgrade, subject to availability
- Early check-in and/or late check-out, subject to availability

When booking through preferred partner programs, the additional benefits during your stay come at no additional cost to you. Indeed, the rates are generally the same as the best flexible (i.e., fully refundable) rate offered directly by the hotel, but with extra benefits on top.

For now, here’s one thing to know: when you book with Prince Collection through a preferred partner program, you’re still eligible for elite benefits, points, and qualifying nights through your hotel elite status program of choice!
That’s right, the benefits you get for booking through us are in addition to your regular elite benefits. Plus, you’ll still be able to earn points and nights to get closer to your next points redemption or elite status tier.
Different travel agencies have different fee structures. Some travel agencies may charge a separate fee for booking luxury hotels through their platform, which is in exchange for access to the program and the advisor’s expertise.
At Prince Collection, we don’t charge any booking, change, or cancellation fees for handling your hotel bookings. Thus, you will pay no more than the best flexible rate that you’d get by booking directly with the hotel.
(Note that the best flexible rate may be higher than prepaid rates, member rates, corporate rates, etc., that you may also have access to. In this case, you’ll want to weigh up the savings between the rates against how much you value the extra benefits of booking with us.)
