Thanks for making a purchase with Prince of Travel.

We offer a money-back guarantee on purchases made on our website. If you are not satisfied with the product that you have purchased, you can get a refund or exchange, no questions asked.

In order to receive a refund or exchange, you must initiate the process within 14 days from when the product was delivered. If 14 days have passed since your order has been received, we are unable to offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be new, unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5–10 business days.


Only defective or damaged items are eligible for exchange.

Shipping Returns

You will be responsible for paying a flat-rate shipping fee of $10 for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Prince of Travel Gold, Platinum, and Royal Platinum members are eligible for free return shipping. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

Final Sale

Items marked as “Final Sale” will not be eligible for refunds or exchanges.
