Scotiabank's most recent welcome offer on the Ultimate Package ran from March 3 until July 2, 2026, and paid up to $700 in cash.

The Scotiabank Ultimate Package carries a monthly fee of $30.95, the highest in Scotiabank's chequing lineup.

You can have the fee waived by keeping a daily balance of $6,000 in the account, or by holding $100,000 in total relationship balances with Scotiabank.

The plan includes unlimited transactions, so there's nothing extra to pay for everyday banking.

As Scotiabank's top-tier chequing plan, the Ultimate Package includes unlimited debit transactions and unlimited Interac e-Transfers.

The headline perk is an annual rebate of up to $150 on the fee of an eligible Scotiabank credit card. Unlike the Preferred Package, this rebate applies every year rather than just the first.

You'll also get free cheques, unlimited bank drafts, and a waived monthly fee on a linked Basic Plus Bank Account and a USD account.

Holding the Ultimate Package adds a 0.10% interest boost to a linked MomentumPLUS Savings Account as well. Deposits are eligible for CDIC coverage.
