Scotiabank Ultimate Package

Scotiabank is offering up to $1,000 in cash bonuses when you open a new Ultimate Package by October 29, 2026 and bundle it with a savings account and a credit card. The offer comes in three parts:

• $700 for opening the Ultimate Package, then within 60 days setting up an eligible direct deposit (such as payroll or a pension) that recurs for at least six months, plus one more activity: a recurring pre-authorized transaction of $50 or more, a bill payment of $50 or more, or a Visa Debit purchase
• $200 for also opening a new Money Master Savings Account within 60 days and keeping it enrolled in Pay Yourself First or the Savings Finder tool for 90 consecutive days
• $100 for also being approved for an eligible Scotiabank credit card within 60 days and making a purchase on it within 60 days of opening the card

Keep in mind that the $200 and $100 bonuses are only paid if you've met the conditions for the $700 package bonus.

The Scotiabank Ultimate Package carries a monthly fee of $30.95, the highest in Scotiabank's chequing lineup.

You can have the fee waived by keeping a daily balance of $6,000 in the account, or by holding $100,000 in total relationship balances with Scotiabank.

The plan includes unlimited transactions, so there's nothing extra to pay for everyday banking.

As Scotiabank's top-tier chequing plan, the Ultimate Package includes unlimited debit transactions and unlimited Interac e-Transfers.

The headline perk is an annual rebate of up to $150 on the fee of an eligible Scotiabank credit card. Unlike the Preferred Package, this rebate applies every year rather than just the first.

You'll also get free cheques, unlimited bank drafts, and a waived monthly fee on a linked Basic Plus Bank Account and a USD account.

Holding the Ultimate Package adds a 0.10% interest boost to a linked MomentumPLUS Savings Account as well. Deposits are eligible for CDIC coverage.
