Regina International Airport (YQR) is the second-busiest airport in the province of Saskatchewan, connecting passengers to destinations across North America.

Location and Transportation

Regina International Airport is located just eight minutes from Downtown Regina at 5201 Regina Ave.

In terms of public transportation, the airport is serviced by one bus route that runs when the airport and surrounding businesses experience peak traffic volumes.

Bus route 24 connects Regina International Airport and Downtown Regina with service from Monday to Friday between the hours of 6–9am and 4pm–12am. The bus runs every 20 minutes except from 4–9pm, when it runs every 40 minutes.

Regina International Airport is served by a few taxi companies, which pick up passengers in the commercial lane, located in short-term parking across from the arrivals doors.

Ridesharing is also available at the airport through Uber.

Car rentals are located on the first floor of the terminal, and the designated rental car pick-up and drop-off parking lot can be found a short walk from the terminal building via a designated walkway.

The Regina International Airport is composed of a single terminal that’s split into two floors.

The first floor is home to the check-in counters, car rental counters, international and domestic baggage carousels, and Canada Border Services Agency passport control.

The second floor houses pre-departure security and departure Gates 1–9.
