I wrote Year in Review posts back in 2017 and 2018, but since one of my goals for 2019 was to take the Prince of Travel YouTube channel more seriously, I decided to shoot a video for our 2019 Year in Review instead.

What were my highlights of the year? What were the best travel memories and most exciting First Class and business class flights? What did I wish I had done differently across my travels? And what should we make of the changes to credit cards and loyalty programs that we’ve seen in 2019 as we look forward to 2020? I address all these end-of-year questions, and more, in this video.

Enjoy this little bit of reflection on the past year here in the beautiful landscape of the South Island (and see if you can hear those delightful New Zealand songbirds in the background!) – and I’ll see you all in the new year!

Oh, and stick around to the end of the video to see my first time going a bungee jumping at the original Kawarau Bridge Jump in Queenstown. It isn’t exactly pretty, but I’m very happy to have done it!
