Miles & Pints has been a resounding success in the past couple of months in Vancouver, Calgary, and Winnipeg. As the event moves across Canada, we’re excited to bring Miles & Pints to Canada’s most populous city, Toronto.

Join us in Toronto on Sunday, January 8, 2023 for a casual, members-only pub night. Come and enjoy food, drinks, and lively discussion with the Prince of Travel community.

Read on for the details, and don’t forget to RSVP on the event page.

Event Details

This edition of Miles & Pints will be held on Sunday, January 8 from 5pm to 8pm at WVRST, a modern German-inspired beer hall in the trendy King West neighbourhood.

The venue’s address is 609 King St W, Toronto, ON M5V 1M5.

We’ve secured a private space for you to mix and mingle – just ask for the “Prince of Travel” reservation when you arrive.

The event is only for Prince of Travel members. Gold, Platinum, and Royal Platinum members are welcome to attend. There is no charge to attend the event.

We’ll be providing appetizer-style food, and a selection of house drinks and non-alcoholic beverages, included with your RSVP. You’ll get complimentary drink tickets based on your membership tier:

  • Royal Platinum: 3 drink tickets
  • Platinum: 2 drink tickets
  • Gold: 1 drink ticket

You’ll also be able to purchase additional food and drinks off the full restaurant menu.

The Prince of Travel team will be represented by our Toronto-based contingent: Amy, Rachel, and Richard.

As capacity is limited, RSVPs are mandatory, and we won’t be able to accommodate guests, non-members, or members without an RSVP. You can RSVP on the event page.

Likewise, if you can’t attend, please let us know as soon as possible, so we can make your spot available for another member.

Why You Should Attend Miles & Pints

Miles & Pints events are casual, low-pressure social events designed to build connections. There’s no formal agenda or presentations – just come out and have some fun with others who share your love of travel.

I’ve always been a big believer in the power of networking. I’ve experienced it myself, and I’ve seen it with others: nothing accelerates the Miles & Points game like building a community. These events are a great way to meet like-minded people, so you can talk shop and bounce strategies off each other.

Whether you’ve been a savvy traveller for decades, or you’re just starting out with your first premium credit card, I’m sure you’ll find the group to be a friendly bunch. You’ll meet some of the most avid travellers I’ve had the pleasure of knowing, plus you’ll get some face time with the Prince of Travel team in a small group setting.

If you’re curious and new to the Miles & Points space, I invite you to sign up for a Prince of Travel membership. Get a taste at the Gold tier, which gives you access to Miles & Pints events.

If you decide to stick around, you can upgrade to Platinum for access to our online Discord community, where you’ll deepen the connections and discussions sparked at these in-person get-togethers.

Conclusion

Join us in Toronto for our fourth official Miles & Pints event on Sunday, January 8 from 5–8pm at WVRST. Be sure to RSVP now on the event page before the guest list fills up.

Stay tuned for future editions of Miles & Pints. The Prince of Travel team will be hosting these regularly, rotating around Canadian cities. We hope to see you there, whether in Toronto next month or at a future event!
