Video: Volcano Boarding in Nicaragua
We spent a few days exploring Nicaragua after our Calala Island adventure, checking out the best of “the land of lakes and volcanoes”.
After heading to Masaya Volcano by night to look at the fast-flowing lava, we visited Cerro Negro for some adrenaline-charged volcano boarding down the side of the active volcano.
We also had the chance to explore the cities of Granada and León and try out some of the local street food, before concluding our trip by way of Aeromexico business class with a luxurious layover in Mexico City.
