These terms govern your use of princeoftravel.com (the "Site") and its services, operated by Prince of Travel ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing the Site, you agree to these terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved in the courts of British Columbia.

Use of the Site

You may use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to:

• Scrape, crawl, or automatically extract content from the Site
• Use the Site to send spam or unsolicited communications
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Reproduce or redistribute our content without permission
• Use Ask Prince of Travel to generate content for competing publications

Content Accuracy

We strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information about credit cards, loyalty programs, and travel. However:

• Credit card terms, welcome bonuses, and benefits are subject to change by the issuing bank at any time
• Award chart pricing may be updated by loyalty programs without notice
• Ask Prince of Travel provides general guidance and may not always reflect the most recent changes
• Always verify critical details (annual fees, earn rates, availability) with the card issuer or program directly before making decisions

We are not responsible for changes made by card issuers or loyalty programs after our content is published.

Affiliate Relationships

Prince of Travel earns commissions when you apply for credit cards through our affiliate links. Commission amounts vary by issuer and product. This financial relationship does not cost you anything extra, but you should be aware of it when evaluating our recommendations. See our Disclosure page for full details.

Membership Services

Prince of Travel Membership ($35/month or $335/year)

• Billed annually at the rate stated at the time of purchase
• Automatic renewal: Your membership will automatically renew each year on the anniversary of your purchase date. You will be charged the then-current annual rate.
• Cancellation: You may cancel your membership at any time through your Account Settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period – you retain access until then.
• Refund policy: We offer a full refund on your most recent membership charge if requested within 7 days of the transaction date. To request a refund, email hello@princeoftravel.com. Refunds are not available for charges older than 7 days. To avoid renewal charges, cancel before your renewal date.

Strategy Calls ($199/session)

• One-time payment for a 45-minute strategy session with a miles & points expert
• Available to active members only
• Refund policy: We offer a full refund if the session has not yet been scheduled. Once a session has been delivered, no refund is available.

Prince Collection (hotel bookings)

• Prince Collection is a complimentary hotel booking service – there is no fee charged to you
• Bookings are subject to hotel availability and the terms of the specific property
• Cancellation policies are set by the individual hotel and communicated at the time of booking
• We are not liable for changes to hotel rates, availability, or benefits after booking

Ask Prince of Travel

Ask Prince of Travel is provided for informational purposes only. Its responses:

• Are generated automatically and may contain errors, outdated information, or incomplete guidance
• Should not be considered financial, legal, or professional advice
• Do not constitute an offer or recommendation to apply for any specific financial product
• Are not reviewed by a human before being displayed to you

You are solely responsible for verifying any information provided by Ask Prince of Travel before making financial or travel decisions. Prince of Travel is not liable for any actions taken based on its responses.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Site – including text, graphics, logos, and software – is the property of Prince of Travel and is protected by Canadian and international copyright law. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute our content without written permission.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and all services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or harmful components.

Limitation of Liability

Prince of Travel is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site, our services, or reliance on our content. Our total aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the preceding 12 months.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Prince of Travel, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Site or violation of these terms.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered users and posted on this page. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
