Dorchester Collection Diamond Club

Dorchester Collection is one of the most exclusive hotel groups in the world, with a portfolio of just 10 ultra-luxury properties across London, Paris, Milan, Rome, Los Angeles, and Dubai. Owned by the Brunei Investment Agency, the collection includes some of the most storied names in hospitality—The Dorchester, The Beverly Hills Hotel, Le Meurice, and Hotel Plaza Athénée among them.
While Dorchester Collection does not operate a guest-facing loyalty program (a deliberate brand philosophy), you can improve your stay by booking through Diamond Club, the brand’s preferred partner program for select luxury travel agencies.
By booking through an authorized Diamond Club travel advisor, you receive meaningful perks and benefits at no extra cost compared to the hotel’s best available flexible rate. If you’re planning a stay at any Dorchester Collection property, it’s always in your best interest to go through a Diamond Club advisor.
What Is Diamond Club?
Diamond Club is Dorchester Collection’s invitation-only preferred partner program. Unlike most preferred partner programs such as Virtuoso or Four Seasons Preferred Partner, Diamond Club membership is extended only to a select group of luxury travel agencies directly invited by Dorchester Collection.
This exclusivity means fewer bookings competing for upgrades—and, critically, Diamond Club reservations receive priority over Virtuoso and other preferred partner reservations for room upgrades at Dorchester Collection properties.
Diamond Club bookings are made at the hotel’s best available flexible rate, with benefits layered on top at no additional cost to the guest. Even single-night stays qualify for the full set of benefits.
What Are the Benefits of Booking Through Diamond Club?
By making your booking through the Diamond Club preferred partner program, you’ll enjoy the following benefits at no extra cost:
- Room upgrade confirmed at time of booking (up to a Junior Suite), subject to availability at the time of reservation
- Daily breakfast for two, available in any restaurant outlet including in-room dining (excludes alcohol and caviar; tax and service included)
- Hotel credit of 100 units of local currency per stay (e.g., £100 at London properties, €100 in Paris, $100 (USD) in Los Angeles, AED 100 in Dubai)
- VIP welcome with personal escort to room by hotel management
- Diamond Club welcome amenity (varies by property)
- Unlimited Wi-Fi on unlimited devices
- 24/7 access to a dedicated Diamond Club Ambassador Team throughout your stay
- No-walk guarantee—in the event of an oversold property, the hotel will offer alternative accommodation at a sister Dorchester Collection property at the guest’s sole discretion
For guests booking a one-bedroom suite or higher category, the benefits become even more generous: the hotel credit increases to 100 units of local currency per day (rather than per stay), and complimentary roundtrip local airport transfers are included.
The single most significant advantage of Diamond Club over other preferred partner programs is that room upgrades are confirmed at the time of booking, not at check-in. With programs like Virtuoso, FSPP, Rosewood Elite, or Marriott STARS, upgrades are subject to availability at check-in, which can be a gamble during peak periods.
Diamond Club’s approach provides certainty, which is particularly valuable when planning a special occasion or high-stakes trip.
Property-Specific Exceptions
Two properties have slightly different Diamond Club terms worth noting.
At 45 Park Lane in London, there are no confirmed upgrades at booking for any room category; however, all accommodations are treated as suites, so guests receive the enhanced daily credit of 100 units of local currency per day rather than per stay.
At Hotel Principe di Savoia in Milan, entry-level Classic Rooms are excluded from the Diamond Club upgrade benefit.
Dorchester Collection Properties
The current portfolio of 10 properties spans five countries:
London
The Dorchester is the flagship property, located on Park Lane overlooking Hyde Park. One of London’s most iconic hotels, it has been a fixture of Mayfair since 1931.
45 Park Lane is its contemporary sister property, located just steps away on the same stretch of Park Lane, offering a more intimate and modern atmosphere with just 45 rooms.

Coworth Park is set on 240 acres of parkland in Ascot, Berkshire, roughly 45 minutes from central London. It’s the collection’s only country house hotel and offers equestrian facilities, a spa, and Michelin-starred dining.
Paris
Le Meurice faces the Tuileries Garden on the Rue de Rivoli, with views stretching to the Louvre. Its interiors blend 18th-century opulence with contemporary art, and it houses the two-Michelin-starred Restaurant le Meurice Alain Ducasse.

Hotel Plaza Athénée sits on Avenue Montaigne in the heart of the Golden Triangle, surrounded by haute couture houses. The hotel is home to Alain Ducasse au Plaza Athénée, one of Paris’s most celebrated restaurants.
Italy
Hotel Principe di Savoia anchors Piazza della Repubblica in Milan and has been a landmark of Milanese luxury since 1927.

Hotel Eden in Rome occupies a commanding position near the top of the Spanish Steps with panoramic views over the city from its rooftop restaurant and bar.
Los Angeles
The Beverly Hills Hotel—the “Pink Palace”—has been an icon of Hollywood glamour since 1912, set amid 12 acres of tropical gardens on Sunset Boulevard.
Hotel Bel-Air is nestled in Stone Canyon, offering a secluded, residential feel with lush gardens and a swan lake, just minutes from Beverly Hills.
Dubai
The Lana opened in 2024 as Dorchester Collection’s first property in the Middle East, located in the Burj Khalifa district with views of the Dubai skyline and waterfront.
A second Dubai property, The Alba, is under development on the Eastern Crescent of Palm Jumeirah, designed by Zaha Hadid Architects with interiors by Gilles et Boissier. It is expected to open in 2028 with 95 keys.
Tokyo (Coming 2028)
Dorchester Collection’s first property in Asia will be located at the top of Torch Tower, Japan’s tallest building in Tokyo. The 150-room hotel is being developed by Mitsubishi Estate and Tokyo Century Corporation, with views of Tokyo Bay, the Imperial Palace, and Mount Fuji.
This will mark a significant expansion of the collection’s geographic footprint.
How to Book Through Diamond Club
Diamond Club benefits are available exclusively through authorized Diamond Club travel advisors—you cannot access these perks by booking directly on dorchestercollection.com or through an OTA. The advisor books at the hotel’s best available flexible rate through the Diamond Club portal, and benefits are attached automatically based on the booking code.
Prepaid rates, third-party OTA bookings, award stays, and corporate or discounted rates are not eligible for Diamond Club benefits. Diamond Club cannot be combined with other preferred partner programs such as Virtuoso or Amex Fine Hotels + Resorts on the same reservation.
Prince of Travel’s travel advisory service, Concierge, has access to Diamond Club and can book any Dorchester Collection property with the full suite of Diamond Club benefits at no additional cost to you.
