The Scotiabank^® Scene+™ Visa* Card is Scotiabank's entry-level travel rewards credit card on the Visa payment network.

This card is best-suited to casual travellers with good credit who are looking to avoid credit card annual fees, while earning fixed-value points in common bonus categories to reduce travel expenses.

The Scotiabank^® Scene+™ Visa* Card is offering a modest welcome bonus of up to 10,000 Scene+ points for new applicants, distributed as follows:

• Earn 2,500 bonus Scene+ points by making at least $250 in everyday eligible purchases in your first three months
• Then, earn an additional 7,500 Scene+ point bonus when you spend at least $1,000 in everyday eligible purchases in your first three months

The card has no annual fee for the primary or supplementary cardholders.

The Scotiabank^® Scene+™ Visa* Card offers an elevated 4 Scene+ points for every dollar spent on hotel bookings, car rentals, and things to do with Scene+ Travel.

Plus, you'll also earn 2 Scene+ per dollar spent at Empire grocery stores such as Sobeys, Safeway, Foodland & Participating Co-ops, FreshCo and more.

Then, you'll earn 1 Scene+ point per dollar spent on all other eligible purchases.

Keep in mind that accelerated earning rates are capped at $50,000 per calendar year and not per category. If you cross that threshold, you'll earn 1 Scene+ point per dollar spent thereafter.

Scene+ is one of the most flexible fixed-value points programs in Canada. Points have a value of 1 cent per point, and can be easily credited towards any travel expense.
