Where is the event?

The main event will be held at the W Montreal located at 901 Rue du Square-Victoria, Montreal, QC H2Z 1R1, in the Gallery and Studio 4.

Upon arriving to the hotel please take the elevator up to the Mezzanine floor to find the event space.

What time is the event?

Event registration starts at 12:30pm, with opening remarks beginning at 1pm. The event will conclude at 6:00pm.

Where is the VIP Evening Social?

The VIP Evening Social will be held at the W Montreal located at 901 Rue du Square-Victoria, Montreal, QC H2Z 1R1, in the Extreme WOW Suite. 

What time is the VIP Evening Social?

The VIP Evening Social will begin at 6:30pm and conclude at 9pm.

How do I get to the event?

Guests are responsible for their own transportation to and from the event. If you plan to enjoy drinks at the event, we recommend taking a taxi or rideshare service or planning a stay at the hotel.

Does my ticket include accomodation?

Tickets to the event do not include accommodation, however W Hotel Montreal has provided a special rate for Prince of Travel event attendees. A link will be provided upon your event ticket purchase with details on how to book.

What is included in my event ticket?

Your event ticket includes: entry into the Prince of Travel Signature Event Montreal 2022, entry into the door prize giveaways, two beverage tickets, and canapés throughout the afternoon. Prince of Travel Royal Platinum members and HSBC cardholders will also receive extra perks. 

What is included in my VIP Evening Social ticket?

Your VIP Evening Social ticket includes: entry into the W Montreal’s Extreme WOW Suite for the Evening Social, dinner from our favourite Montreal eateries and a glass of Krug or Dom Perignon champagne, plus, other complimentary beverages. 

Dietary restrictions will be noted upon purchase of your ticket.

Is there a dress code?

There is no dress code; we encourage attendees to dress smart casual. 

Is there an age limit to the event?

There is no age limit and we welcome all guests to attend. Given that liquor is being served, we do recommend you bring your ID.

How long do I have to purchase my tickets?

General admission ticket sales are open from Monday, February 28, 2022, 12pm Eastern Time to Friday, April 1, 2022 11:59pm Eastern Time, or if the event sells out, whichever comes first. 

What currency are the ticket prices in?

All ticket prices are in Canadian Dollars.

How many tickets can I purchase?

Each member may purchase a maximum of four tickets, with a maximum of one membership discount applied to each account.

Each member may purchase a maximum of one ticket to the VIP Evening Social.

How can I purchase a ticket to the VIP Evening Social?

Tickets will be available at the same time as general admission, on Monday, February 28, at 12pm Eastern Time. Royal Platinum and Platinum members can purchase VIP tickets 30 minutes early.

You can purchase a ticket to the VIP Evening Social while supplies last, if you have already purchased a ticket to the main event (either presale or general admission), or if you purchase a general admission ticket at the same time as your VIP Evening Social ticket.

Are there any discounts or coupons available?

Discounts are available to Prince of Travel members. Visit the Membership page to learn more.

How will I receive my ticket?

Digital tickets will be sent out to the email address attached to your Prince of Travel account; if you have not received your digital ticket within 24 hours of purchase, please check your spam or junk folder.

Do I need to show my ticket at the door?

Upon arrival at the venue, please make your way to the Gallery, where you can show your digital ticket and enter the event space.

What is the refund policy on ticket purchases?

Tickets will be fully refundable up to seven days prior to the event (March 26, 2022) to your original form of payment. After this time, tickets can only be transferred to another attendee.

What safety precautions are being taken in response to the COVID‑19 pandemic?

Prince of Travel and the W Montreal are fully committed to following all health and safety guidelines set forth by the federal and provincial governments.

We encourage attendees to stay home if they are experiencing any COVID-19 symptoms or have come into contact with a confirmed case of COVID-19.

What happens if the event is unable to go ahead due to COVID‑19 restrictions?

In the unlikely situation that the event is unable to go ahead due to formal COVID-19 regulations by the Province of Quebec or the Government of Canada, the event will be rescheduled for a future date. 

If you are unable to attend the rescheduled date, you may let us know and a full refund will be issued to your original form of payment.

What happens if the event is cancelled?

In the unlikely situation that the event is cancelled due to any reasons within the control of Prince of Travel, the full ticket price and taxes will be refunded to your original form of payment.
