Now, for the very first time, our Signature Event is coming to downtown Toronto. We’ve worked hard to design a day packed with fresh ideas, in-depth presentations, and new opportunities to connect.

This year’s event will bring together the entire Prince of Travel team to share strategies, swap stories, and equip you with everything you need to take your travels further.

Our event will run from 9:00am–5:00pm on Saturday, November 8, 2025, at the W Toronto.

Located in Yorkville, one of the city’s most dynamic neighbourhoods, the W Toronto is known for its vibrant design, stylish spaces, and top-tier hospitality. It’s the perfect backdrop for a day of learning, inspiration, and conversation.

Unlike some of our past Signature Events, Toronto 2025 will run as a full-day conference from morning to evening, with catered breaks, lunch, and a full suite of sessions to keep you engaged from start to finish.

We’ll begin the morning with registration and opening remarks to set the stage. From there, the first theme kicks off:

In the afternoon, we’ll dive into our third theme:

In this block, we’ll take a hard look at when fixed-value programs are worth it, compare hotel redemptions to cash rates, and highlight airfare sweet spots that still deliver strong value. This segment concludes with a wide-ranging Q&A, so you can hear the team’s perspectives on how to adapt your personal strategy in real time.

After a brief afternoon break, we’ll close with the final theme:

• From Economy to Extraordinary: Travel isn’t one-size-fits-all.
