Jayce is a grizzled veteran of the Miles & Points game and has seen his fair share of the ups and downs that come with the hobby. He got his start over 20 years ago and has been passionate about learning the ins and outs of loyalty from a consumer perspective. Jayce also boasts in-depth experience around loyalty programs, having worked in a leadership position in the Loyalty Department of Canada’s second largest airline, WestJet.
With an extremely analytical mind, Jayce has been able to uncover many of the lesser-known loopholes within loyalty programs and is known for his keen eye when reading terms and conditions of programs and promotions. When it comes to leveraging rewards, Jayce’s mantra has always been “I wonder what would happen if I…?” He has always been very generous in sharing the gems that he finds.
Jayce’s area of focus on Prince of Travel will be around his personal experiences in travel, while also helping make it easier for everyone to travel. Don’t be surprised if you see very in-depth, nerdy articles in the future.
When not engaging in Miles & Points, Jayce leads a team of almost 30 inside sales professionals across North America for a large multinational engineering firm. Outside of work and family, he also finds time for golf and flying airplanes, currently pursuing his private pilot’s license for the latter.
