What kind of services do you offer?
For Standard Awards ($99) and Complex Awards ($199), we will help you search for available flights and provide you with the optimal flights and routings, within the parameters of your request.

The base price covers an itinerary for up to 2 passengers. We charge $99 (for Standard Awards) or $199 (for Complex Awards) for each additional passenger.

Also included in the price is unlimited reasonable tweaks and revisions to your itinerary. The fee is only payable once you're fully satisfied with the flights we've found for you; however, note that payment is not contingent on booking the award.

For an extra $50 per award ticket, we will also contact the airline or points program on your behalf to help you book the award and issue the ticket, saving you the trouble of doing so yourself.

How does it work?
Submit a request using the Get Started button on either the Standard Award or Complex Award page. When filling in the form for your desired trip, try to provide as much detail as possible.

For example, if you're flexible to travel within a certain date range or among a certain set of destinations, make sure to specify as such.We'll get back to you with a proposed itinerary, after which you may make reasonable tweaks and adjustments, such as date or routing changes, until you're fully satisfied. Our standard turnaround time is 2 business days.

Which points programs do you work with?
Aeroplan is our area of expertise. We can help you visit three cities around the world in one trip, or even hit up all six inhabited continents with a single Aeroplan ticket.

Having said that, we also have extensive experience with other programs available to Canadians – such as Alaska Airlines Mileage Plan, British Airways Avios, or Starwood Preferred Guest – and can tailor our services based on the types of points you have.

A Complex Award covers itineraries involving multiple tickets. With this service, we can help you weave together a customized trip using all of your available points balances, including using hotel points to book free nights.

What is the Miles & Points Concierge?
Using points to travel the world requires a fair bit of work on your end. Not everyone has the time and energy to keep track of which credit cards to get, monitor their points balances, and find last-minute award availability.

That's where our concierge service comes in. We'll connect with you to understand your travel goals, and then weave together a personalized plan to help you achieve those goals.

And best of all, when you're ready to book, you have unlimited access to our award research services at your fingertips.

Years of experience in Miles & Points have allowed us to take multiple trips around the world a year, all in First & Business Class. Everything we do for ourselves to achieve that, we'll do for you. All you have to do is tell us where you want to go.

When is payment due?
For the award research service, providing you are satisfied with your final itinerary, you will be billed for the total cost of the service at the end. If you've opted for us to help book the award on your behalf, we will work with you to do so.

If we're unable to find a valid itinerary within the parameters of your request, no payment will be due.

The $169 monthly fee for our concierge service is payable on the 1st of each month. If you pay upfront for a year of the service, you'll only be billed for nine months – a 25% savings!
